To All Students, Parents & Higher
Education Personnel,
Congress is poised in the
next few weeks to make $17-18 Billion in cuts to
your Student Loan funding and take other measures
that will cost the average student borrower at least
$6,000!
WV Citizen Action
is fighting these cuts and needs your help.
Action Items:
Call WV Rep. Shelly Moore Capito
and ask her to say "NO" to cuts in student loans and
increases in fees. Call the capitol switchboard
toll-free at 1-800-426-8073 and ask for
Representative Capito’s office.
Forward this email to your
friends, professors & family.
Download & Print copies of the
"Don't Let Congress Cut School Loan$" poster to give
to friends, pass out at events, hang in your dorm,
student union ect.

Ask the campus social science
or political clubs to invite us in to speak.
