The Medical Malpractice Insurance "Crisis"
and its threat to YOUR rights

West Virginia lawmakers are rushing to pass "tort reform" (i.e. limits to your rights to be compensated if injured by medical negligence) in the mistaken assumption that it will fix the problem doctors are having with the insurance industry hiking their malpractice insurance rates sky-high.

There is sooo much misinformation and propaganda put out by the insurance industry and their hired guns in the medical associations that we formed this new coalition to counter the lies and inject a little reality into the debate. The various links and articles will give you a very different picture of this manufactured "crisis" and who will profit if "tort reform" agenda is enacted. (hint: it's not you or me)
